‘Chocolat’ Gold Suns, Anyone?

I’ll try and keep this post short and sweet…

What have you been filling up your gold suns up with, and giving to yourself lately?

Have you ever thought about filling yourself up with chocolat?

I recently watched the wonderful movie ‘Chocolat’. I was first inspired to watch it after Jamie, a student of mine, suggested that reading/watching fictional stories of fantasy would be good for my soul. Her husband Jason kindly let me borrow several movies from his vast collection of DVDs. Chocolat was on the ‘must see’ list.

Long story short, the essence of the movie captured my heart and sweet tooth. Now, I give myself a gold sun filled with hot chocolat sprinkled with a dash of chili pepper powder (if you saw the movie you’ll know) a day. It’s a great pick-me-upper!

In essence, Chocolat is about love and acceptance. We can all use a little of this, don’t you think?

So, give yourself some sweetness. Share it with others. There is more than enough chocolat to go around…

I don’t know if there’s any mystical chocolat shops (like in the movie) here in town. Wouldn’t it be delightful if we indeed had one? However, if ’sparkles’ suits your fancy too, you may love going to The Bead Gallery. Bead Girl (Jamie) and Jason will help you to satisfy your craving for beauty. Also, Jamie is quite good at giving chocolat gold suns. Jason too.
