What Is a Light Touch Healing Massage Like?
Techniques of Swedish massage will mainly relax your muscles and help to ease your aches and pains. Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage, like the Aloha Spirit, will touch your soul. Integrating the techniques of Swedish massage, trigger points, and myofascia release—lomi lomi is truly a “hands-on” healing. You will experience a wonderful blend of a spiritual and powerful bodywork modality that is also gentle and intuitive.

Light, as in energy, reaches beyond the surface…
I believe that one that does not need to “go deep,” as in deep tissue massage, to facilitate the release of pain held in the physical body. Instead, just the lightest of touch on the body, done with the purest and highest intention of healing, can and will produce very profound results in your body and soul.

The energy healing work I incorporate into your massage is intended mainly to optimize the flow of energy throughout your body. By balancing the seven major chakras (Sanskrit for “wheel”), or energy vortexes in your body; energy blockages will be removed. This will facilitate the free flow of energy and the release of stored-up pain in the body.

How Does a Light Touch Healing Massage Feel?
Throughout the massage you will feel the warmth of my hands. This heat that you will feel is healing energy. It is a combination of Reiki and a form of psychic healing that I’ve incorporated into my healing practice. For more about my background in massage and healing please read about me here.
